Who We Are

Cloud Architecture Pro is a digital product store operated by Datanest Digital. We sell downloadable digital products including code templates, guides, toolkits, and courses for software professionals.

What Data We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to process your purchase and deliver your products:

  • Purchase data: When you buy a product, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your email address and payment information. We receive your email and purchase details but never see your full card number.
  • Email subscriptions: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address to send product updates and announcements.
  • Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant. We see aggregate page views and referral sources only.

What We Don't Collect

  • We do not use tracking cookies
  • We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel
  • We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information
  • We do not build advertising profiles
  • We do not store payment card details (Stripe handles this)

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, you are providing your payment information directly to Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never have access to your full payment details.

Product Delivery

After purchase, you receive a unique download link via email. Download links are single-use and time-limited for security. Your purchased products are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.

Email Communications

We may send you:

  • Purchase confirmation and download links (transactional)
  • Product update notifications for items you've purchased
  • Newsletter updates if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime)

Data Retention

We retain purchase records for tax and legal compliance. Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal identifiers.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Unsubscribe from emails at any time
  • Contact us with any privacy concerns
