1. Products

Database Admin Pro sells downloadable digital products including code templates, configuration files, guides, toolkits, and educational materials. All products are delivered electronically after purchase.

2. License

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own projects — both personal and commercial. Specifically:

  • You can: Use the code/templates in unlimited personal and client projects, modify and adapt the code to your needs, use in commercial applications you build
  • You cannot: Resell, redistribute, or share the original product files, include the product in competing template/toolkit offerings, claim authorship of the original product

3. Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive a download link via email. Download links are time-limited and single-use for security. If you experience issues with delivery, contact us at our support channel.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied:

  • If the product is significantly different from its description, we'll issue a full refund
  • If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the product, we'll work with you to resolve them or issue a refund
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • Contact us at our support channel for refund requests

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

All products, branding, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Datanest Digital. The purchase license grants you usage rights as described in Section 2, but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is." While we strive for quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee that products will be error-free or suitable for every use case. Code templates and guides are starting points — you are responsible for testing and adapting them to your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datanest Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
