Our Story
Founded in 2018, Ember & Oak began with a simple conviction: great food starts with great ingredients. Our kitchen partners with local farms within a 50-mile radius to bring the freshest seasonal produce to your plate.
Led by Chef Jordan Ellis, our team blends traditional techniques with modern creativity. Every dish tells a story of the land it came from and the hands that prepared it.
