- Email and order information during purchase (processed by Stripe — we never see your payment details)
- Communications you send to @DatanestDigital on X
Automatically collected data
We use Plausible Analytics (self-hosted, privacy-focused) and Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect anonymized, aggregate data:
- Page views and referrer information
- Browser type and device category
- Country-level location (not precise)
No cookies are used for tracking. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
How we use your data
- To send product updates and occasional launch discounts (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To process orders and deliver purchased products
- To improve our store and product offerings based on aggregate behavior
- To respond to support inquiries
Data retention
We retain email subscriber data until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law. Support correspondence is retained for 12 months after the last message.
