If a Datanest product doesn't meet your needs within 30 days of purchase, we'll issue a full refund. No hassle, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. DM @DatanestDigital on X with your order number
  2. Include your order number (found in your Stripe receipt email)
  3. Mention the product name

We process refunds within 5-10 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method.

What's covered

  • Any individual product or bundle purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with product quality, content, or fit
  • Technical issues with download or file format

What's not covered

  • Refunds requested after 30 days from purchase
  • Products that have been resold or redistributed
  • Change of mind after downloading updated versions (you can always re-download)

Note on digital products: Because our products are digital downloads, we trust our customers to request refunds in good faith. Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchasing and refunding the same product) may result in denial of future refund requests.
